Partial Planning
This service is ideal for couples who have already begun the planning process, securing their wedding date and venue and booking much of their vendor team, but would like expert guidance navigating the larger logistical details to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
We step in to provide planning support, collaborating closely with your existing vendors while sourcing and managing any additional partners as needed. From logistical planning to design refinement, we ensure the celebration feels cohesive and thoughtfully executed.
On the day of the event, we provide full-day management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wedding Management
You’ve made the big decisions, secured your venue, and selected your vendor team; now it’s time to bring everything together seamlessly.
Our Wedding Management service focuses on refining the final details and coordinating all logistics in the final weeks leading up to your celebration. This service can be booked up to six months before the wedding date.
We collaborate closely with your vendors, ensuring they have the necessary information while creating a clear plan for the day. From confirming timelines to coordinating vendor arrivals and setup, we make sure every detail is aligned.
On the wedding day, we oversee setup, guide the wedding party through the timeline, and manage both the ceremony and reception. Once the celebration concludes, we coordinate the load-out process.
